Turn-Based Deckbuilder Prototype (Unity)

Gameplay-systems prototype built in Unity (C#), focused on combat flow, card UX, AI intent telegraphing, and reward selection.

Estimated playtime: ~5–10 minutes.

Systems

  • Turn flow + input gating (player turn → enemy turn)
  • Card UX: hover + drag/drop targeting + validation
  • Enemy AI with intent telegraphing (next action preview)
  • Status effects / effect sequencing
  • Post-combat reward selection (pick 1 of 3 cards)

Controls

  • Hover a card to preview
  • Left-click + drag to play
  • End Turn button to finish your turn

  • Recommended: fullscreen. Windowed mode may affect card targeting.
  • Non-commercial portfolio prototype. Combat structure inspired by modern roguelike deckbuilders.
